We started PropertyEngine in 2019 because we couldn't find a platform that took the way agencies actually work seriously. So we built one.
From a single agency to 500+.
PropertyEngine grew out of one Cape Town agency's frustration with juggling six tools, three spreadsheets and a shared inbox. The first version of PropertyEngine, built for our own team, replaced all of them in three months.
By 2021 a handful of other agencies were running on it. Today PropertyEngine powers 500+ agencies across South Africa, from independent agents on the Atlantic Seaboard to multi-office groups serving every metro.
We're a small, focused team in Cape Town. Engineers, designers and ex-agents, building the platform we wished existed when we were closing deals ourselves. We're hiring across engineering, design and customer.
